Nhut and I ventured out for lunch today, we went over to Raffles City Shopping Centre. I had Bak Kut Teh (Spicy Sparerib Consomme) and rice. More information on Bak Kut Teh. We needed to do some food shopping since we’re hosting a bunch of people for Christmas tomorrow, and I’ll be making turkey dinner. Hmm, I thought I was supposed to be on vacation!
in Singapore again for Christmas. There’s not much snow here, which is OK. Just before I left Boston there were two big snowstorms, the first on the weekend of the 5th and 6th, and the second a week later. I was beginning to wonder if I would be able to leave, but the airport was open, and I was able to fly out on the 16th.
